§ 77208. Civilian Territorial Park Patrol Officer Reserve.
(a) Creation. There is hereby created within the Department
of Parks and Recreation the Territorial Park Patrol Officer
Reserve, which shall be headed by the Director. The Director,
subject to the advice and direction of the Commission, shall be
responsible for carrying out the purpose of this Section and shall
have such duties as authorized by rules and regulations, or as may
be prescribed by the Commission.
(b) Rules and Regulations. The Director shall have the
authority to amend and create rules and regulations to implement
and maintain the Territorial Park Patrol Officer Reserve in
accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law.
