§ 77112. Powers and Duties of the Police Colonel.
In the absence or incapacity of the Chief of Police, the Police Colonel shall possess all the powers of
the Chief of Police, act as the head of the Department, and shall further perform such additional duties as
the Chief of Police may prescribe.
