§ 77104. Department to Enforce Highway Safety.
The Department shall enforce all laws relating to the operation of vehicles on public roadways within
Guam. A police officer is authorized to arrest or cite persons violating any provision of Title 16, Guam
Code Annotated, Guam Vehicle Code.
