§ 76204. Amusement Endorsements.
Endorsements for conducting a place of amusement must be
obtained by any person who engages or operates any business which
offers to the public any amusement in whatever form, except boxing and
cockfighting, whether an admission fee is charged or not. Such
endorsements are:
(a) Safety certificate issued by the Guam Fire Department
pertaining to the overall safety of the premises whereat the amuse-
ment is offered.
(b) Health Certificate issued by the Department of Public
Health & Social Services pertaining to the health and sanitary
conditions of the place in which the amusement is offered.
