§ 7114. Health of Personnel.
No nursing home shall employ or otherwise permit any person to serve
there in any capacity, if such person has a communicable or contagious
disease or other disease or condition that would make him dangerous to the
health or welfare of patients therein. Except in homes exempt from medical
requirements as provided in § 7118 of this Chapter, the appropriate state
agency shall require annual medical examinations for all such personnel and
shall require them to have and, upon demand, to present satisfactory
evidence of such examination.
