§ 7103. Guam Employment Service.

There is hereby created as a division of the Department of Labor, the Guam Employment Service,

whose function it shall be to establish and maintain free public employment offices in such places and in

such manner as may be necessary for the proper and efficient administration of this Chapter, and as may be

necessary to perform such duties and function as are within the purview of the Wagner-Peyser Act.
