§ 7102. Sessions of the Superior Court.
The Superior Court shall always be open on court days. It shall hold its regular sessions in Hagåtña at
times determined by the rules of the Court. Special sessions may be held at such places as the nature of the
business may require and upon such notices as the Court orders, pursuant to rules prescribed by the Supreme
Court.
