§ 70112. License Board.
There is hereby created within the Government of Guam a License Board, to be composed of three
members ex officio who shall be the Director of Revenue and Taxation, the Director of Commerce, and a
law member appointed from the Department of Law by I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi. The members shall serve
without compensation, except that they may be reimbursed for necessary expenses in connection with the
formal business of the Board.
