§ 7. Absolute Obligation of Government.
Nothing in § 7.06 or in any other provision of this indenture,
or in the Bonds, contained shall affect or impair the obligation of
the Government, which is absolute and unconditional, to pay the
principal or Redemption Price of and interest on the Bonds to the
respective Holders of the Bonds at their respective dates of
maturity, or upon call for redemption, as herein provided, but only
out of the Revenues and other assets herein pledged therefor, or
affect or impair the right of such Holders, which is also absolute
and unconditional, to enforce such payment by virtue of the
contract embodied in the Bonds.
