§ 69108. Assignment.
A legal owner may assign his title or interest in or to a
vessel registered under this Chapter to a person other than the
owner without the consent and without affecting interest of such
owner. Upon receiving a certificate of ownership endorsed by
the legal owner and the transfer of legal ownership, the Guam
Police Department shall accordingly transfer the legal ownership
and shall issue a new certificate of ownership to the new legal
owner.
