§ 67. 7. Information for Sentencing.

Except as otherwise provided in Chapter 80 of Title 9 of the Guam Code Annotated, no limitation shall

be placed in the information concerning the background, character and conduct of a person convicted of an

offense which the Superior Court of Guam may receive and consider for the purpose of imposing an

appropriate sentence under this Act.
