§ 67. 5. Fines for Drug Offenses.
Any person who is guilty of an offense pursuant to § 67.402(a) of this Act may, in addition to
imprisonment for felony of the third degree, be fined not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00), except that if any person commits such offense after previously being convicted of one (1) or
more prior offenses involving § 67.402(a) of this Act, or for a felony under any other provision of this Act
or other law of the United States, state or foreign jurisdiction relating to narcotic drugs or depressant or
stimulant substances, and one (1) or more of the convictions have become final, such person may, in
addition to imprisonment for felony of the third degree, be fined not more than Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00)).
