§ 64107. Bonds; Negotiability.

Any provision of any law to the contrary notwithstanding, any bond

or other obligation issued pursuant to this Chapter shall be fully

negotiable for all purposes, and each holder or owner of such a bond or

other obligation, or of any coupon appurtenant thereto, by accepting such

bond or coupon shall be conclusively deemed to have agreed that such

bond, obligation or coupon is and shall be fully negotiable for all

purposes, subject in each case to any provisions for registration in the

bond, obligation or coupon or in the resolution or indenture authorizing

its issuance.
