§ 63804. Terms and Qualifications of Board Members.

All Board members shall serve staggered terms of six (6) years, except that the first three (3) members

shall serve for terms of two (2) years, the next three (3) members shall serve for terms of four (4) years, and

the remaining three (3) members shall serve for a term of six (6) years. Members of the Board shall be

allowed to serve their full term and should there be a change in administration of the executive branch as a

result of an election, such members shall not be requested or influenced to submit their resignations. The

first regular appointments to the Board shall be made within ninety (90) calendar days after the date of

enactment of this Article.
