§ 63702. Responsible Agency.
The Department shall take measures for the prevention, control and extinguishment of wildland fires
on government of Guam and private lands. It shall also cooperate with the Fire Department, other
government of Guam agencies, and the appropriate federal government agencies in developing plans and
programs as well as mutual aid agreements for assistance in the prevention and control of wildland fires.
