§ 63204. Policy.

It is declared to be the policy of the government of Guam that all departments and agencies shall seek

to conserve Guam’s resident threatened and endangered species and that they shall utilize their authorities

in furtherance of the purposes of this Article by taking such steps as are necessary to insure that action

authorized, funded or carried out by them do not jeopardize the continuing existence of Guam’s threatened

or endangered species or those mandated by the United States Government.
