§ 6221. Interest on Late Overtime Payments.

Any overtime not paid an employee within fifteen working days after a request for payment is

submitted shall earn interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from the date due until the date paid

the employee at the same time he receives his payment for overtime.
