§ 6204. Ancillary Powers of Claims Officer.

In making his investigation, the Claims Officer, or person

designated by him within the agency, shall have the authority to

administer oaths to claimants and witnesses, and to require the

production of any books, records or documents that may be

material or relative as evidence in connection with the claim.
