§ 61409. Use of Brand.
(a) No person shall apply any brand to any livestock or other
animal without the permission of the owner of the brand.
(b) No person shall apply any brand to any livestock or other
animal not owned by that person without the permission of the
owner of such animal.
(c) No person shall apply a brand to any livestock or other
animal unless Guam Veterinarian, or his authorized agent is
present.
