§ 61401. Definitions.
As used in this Article:

CH. 61 PLANTS & ANIMALS
(a) Livestock means any cattle, carabao, horse, deer,
mule or donkey.
(b) Brand means any permanent tag, mark, sign, or
symbol placed upon or implanted in livestock for the purpose
of identifying the owner thereof.
