§ 61110. Violations.
It shall be unlawful and punishable upon conviction as a petty
misdemeanor, for any person to violate any provisions of this Article
and supporting regulations, including but not limited to (a)
concealment from an inspector of any regulated article or failure to
present the same for inspection and (b) failure to safeguard, dispose
