§ 6111. Liability for Injury to Property.

The parent or guardian of any pupil who willfully cuts, defaces or otherwise injures in any way any

property, real or personal, belonging to a school or the Department of Education, shall be liable for all

damages so caused by the pupil. The parent or guardian of a pupil shall be liable to the school for all

property belonging to the school loaned to the pupil and not returned upon demand of an employee of the

school authorized by the Superintendent to make the demand.
