§ 61102. Same: Persons Under Twenty-One (21) Years of Age.

No explosives shall be sold, given or delivered to any person under
twenty- one (21) years of age, whether such person is acting for himself or
for another person, nor shall any such person be eligible to obtain any
permit to receive explosives.
