§ 60611. Director to Submit Annual Report.
The Director of Land Management shall prepare annually
and submit to the Legislature, through the Governor, a report
setting out all activities by the Department of Land Management
and Guam Surveyor in carrying out the survey of government land
as required by § 60601 of this Chapter and the survey of private
land as authorized by § 60606 of this Chapter. Such report shall
be submitted on or before July 5th of each year and shall cover the
survey activities of the Department and of the Guam Surveyor for
the immediately preceding fiscal year.
