§ 60603. Administration of Funds.
All monies received from legal land document recordation,
applications to purchase land, land use application fees, long-term
lease fees shall be deposited in the Land Survey Revolving Fund
and all debts, liabilities, obligations and operating expenses in
connection with land survey shall be paid therefrom; provided,
that no monies shall be transferred to said fund from the General
Fund, without the express written consent of the Director of the
Bureau of Budget and Management Research, and provided
further, that all monies to be paid out of said fund for the purpose
heretofore mentioned, shall be released via an allotment advice
from the Bureau of Budget.
