§ 60511. Original Tracing.
Notwithstanding any provision of law, rule or regulation to
the contrary, the original tracing of a map, plat, sketch or other
plane pictorial representation of the lot, parcel or tract of land
involved, shall be the personal property of the owner of the land
involved.
