§ 60107. Classification of Lands.

The Department shall have the power and duty to survey,

plat, inventory, classify and, from time to time, reclassify all

government real property. The Department may use the following

categories for such classifications:

(a) Urban land.

(b) Suburban land.

(c) Agricultural land.

(d) Grazing land.

(e) Industrial and commercial sites.

(f) Forests.

(g) Wasteland (which may include land not classified in

any other category.)
