§ 60104. Division Not Retroactive.

Any action or proceeding commenced before this Division

takes effect [8/1/56], and any right accrued therefor, is not affected

by the provisions of this Division but all procedure hereafter taken

shall conform to the provisions of this Division as far as possible.
