§ 53121. Plan for Emergency Provision of Water.
Guam EPA shall develop a plan for the provision of safe
drinking water under emergency circumstances. When the Guam
EPA Administrator determines that emergency circumstances
exist in Guam with respect to a need for safe drinking water,
necessary action may be taken with the concurrence of the
Governor of Guam to implement the plan for safe drinking
water.
