§ 5305. Same: Exception.
For the purposes of § 5304 of this Article, ownership by a person or
family of real property upon which a substandard dwelling is constructed
shall not bar the eligibility for the preferences established by § 5304 of
this Article if the applicant person or family was residing in such
substandard dwelling on the effective date of this Article and the real
property upon which the substandard dwelling is constructed is acquired
by the Authority in accordance with § 5310 of this Article.
