§ 5245. Finality of Determinations.
The determinations required by §§ 5211(f), 5212(a), 5212(g), 5214, 5215, 5216(e), 5230(a), 5232(c),
5235, 5236 and 5237(b) of this Chapter are final and conclusive unless they are clearly erroneous, arbitrary,
capricious or contrary to law.
