§ 5117. Procurement Shall Be Delegated to the Guam Preservation Trust.

Notwithstanding any other provision of Guam Procurement Law, the authority to procure supplies and

services for the Guam Preservation Trust shall be delegated by the Chief Procurement Officer to the Board

of Directors of the Guam Preservation Trust.
