§ 50115. Release of Shipment or Entry Refused.
If the completed Notice of Arrival directs the Customs
Officer to release the shipment of pesticides or devices and from
examination if it appears to be in compliance, the shipment shall
be released to the importer. If the completed Notice of Arrival
directs the Customs Officer to refuse entry of a shipment and from
examination of the shipment it appears to violate provisions of this
Act such shipment shall be refused entry and shall be treated as a
prohibited importation.
