§ 50106. Special Local Need (SLN) Registration.

(a) Any federally registered pesticide for which the

Administrator has determined has an additional use which meets

special local needs in accordance with FIFRA, may be registered

with the USEPA Administrator, provided that the federal

registration for the pesticide or the device has not previously been

denied, suspended, disapproved, or cancelled by the

Administrator of USEPA.

(b) The Administrator, whenever he deems it necessary in the

administration of this part, may require the submission of the

complete formula of any pesticide.

(c) If it appears to the Administrator that the composition of

the article and its labeling and other material required to be

submitted comply with the requirements of this Chapter and
