§ 5. Investment of Moneys in Funds.
All moneys in the funds and accounts established pursuant to
this Indenture, other than the Rebate Fund, shall be invested by
the Trustee or the Depositary, as the case may be, solely in
Investment Securities to maximize investment income, with
proper regard for the preservation of principal, subject to any
Request of the Government as to such investment. All Investment
Securities and any other investments acquired with moneys held
hereunder shall be acquired subject to the limitations set forth in
