§ 48111. Septic Tanks to Be Emptied and Cleaned.
Septic tanks shall be emptied and cleaned when necessary, or when ordered by the Administrator in
the interests of public health, and the contents disposed of in such place and manner as shall be authorized
by the Administrator.
