§ 4702. Jurisdiction Over Sexual Harassment Complaints for All Employees.

As specified in this Chapter, employees in the context of Equal Employment Opportunity complaints

involving sexual harassment as defined by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and this Article shall

include all classified and unclassified employees of the Executive Branch of the government of Guam.
