§ 46110. Sealing of Wells.
For the purpose of preventing the contamination of fresh water aquifers
the owner of a well, upon abandoning a well or encountering highly
mineralized water in any existing or new well or test hole, shall
immediately notify the Administrator and shall effectively seal such well or
test hole in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the
Administrator.
