§ 45119. Bylaws.
The operation of the property shall be governed bylaws, a true copy of
which shall be annexed to the declaration and made a part thereof. No
modification of or amendment to the bylaws is valid unless set forth in an
amendment to the declaration, which amendment is duly recorded.
