§ 44110. Audits.
The Office of Public Accountability shall conduct a
management and financial audit of the program beginning in Fiscal
Year 2012, and for each fiscal year thereafter ending in an even
number. The costs incurred by the Public Auditor for the audit shall
be reimbursed by the Beverage Container Recycling Deposit Fund.
The Public Auditor may contract the audit services of a third party
to conduct the audit.
