§ 4312. Qualifications for Interest Free Loans.
To qualify for the Interest Free Loan program, an individual
“or family must show evidence of rejection from three (3)
commercial mortgage lending institutions and be unable to
qualify on the basis of income for GHC’s regular lending
program. Applicants under this section are not eligible for the six
percent (6%) loan program authorized by Public Law 20-210.
