§ 43107. Quarterly Attendance Report Required.

The chairman of each board or commission shall submit a

quarterly report on the attendance of the members of the board or

commission to I Maga’lahi (the Governor) and I Liheslatura (the

Legislature), and shall also post the attendance reports on the

agency, board, or commission website.
