§ 43102. Former Members’ Appointment to Board Limited.

Until the expiration of two years from the date of an election

in which he was a candidate, no person who is a candidate for

public office shall be eligible for appointment to any Board or

Commission (whether heretofore or hereafter created) whose

members are appointed by the Governor if such a person was a

member of such Board or Commission during the twelve month

period immediately preceding such election.
