§ 4307. Payroll Deductions Authorized.

(a) The Government, with the consent of the employee which consent may be withdrawn at any time,

may provide payroll deductions for the making of any payments authorized by this Article and the making

of mortgage payments by government employees on home or appliance loans obtained by said employees

wherein the Small Business Administration of the United States is mortgagee.

(b) In addition, the Director of Administration or any appropriate authority may establish, by

appropriate rule, subject to the Administrative Adjudication Act, any other payments which may be paid

by employees, with their consent which may be withdrawn at any time thereafter, through payroll

deductions.

(c) The provisions of this Section shall not apply to payroll deductions authorized by § 10116(e) of

this Title.
