§ 4301. Loans by the Corporation.

GHC is authorized to make loans under this Article to low

and moderate income families for the purchase or construction of

their residential Homes. All loans made by GHC shall be subject

to the following limitation:

(a) The maximum Loan to Value Ratio shall not

exceed Ninety-Five percent (95%) of the appraised value of

the Home.
