§ 41709. Annual Report.

The Director of DISID shall make an annual report to I

Maga'lahen Guåhan and to I Liheslaturan Guåhan within one

hundred and twenty (120) days at the termination of each fiscal

year, reporting upon the progress made, and containing a detailed

analysis with respect to the administration of the Individuals with

Significant Disabilities Vending Act.
