§ 41707. Property Manager.

The property manager shall notify DISID at least ninety (90)

days prior to the initiation of any new construction, expansion,

leasing, or acquisition of public building or public facility

occupied, or to be occupied, by a government agency. The

property manager shall notify DISID at least ninety (90) days prior

to the expiration of any existing vending contract whether such

vending facility is suitable for operation by a certified vendor.
