§ 4125. Internet Safety in Course Curricula.
The Guam Education Board shall, by Board policy, adopt internet usage safety standards in the
curriculum of each course where internet usage is required or may be used by students for successful
completion and mastery of the course subject matter. The standards may include, but not be limited to,
teaching students to avoid computer viruses, identity theft, phishing and bank theft scams, exposure to
violent, pornographic and obscene imagery, solicitation from sexual predators, and cyberbullying.
