§ 41206. Meetings.

(a) The RAC shall convene at least four (4) meetings a year to

conduct RAC business that are publicly announced, open and

accessible to the public, including individuals with disabilities; and

(b) Conduct forums or hearings, as appropriate, that are

publicly announced, open and accessible to the public, including

individuals with disabilities.
