§ 4105. Certifying Questions of Law.
Any judge of the Superior Court of Guam may certify a question of law to the Supreme Court of Guam
for its opinion as to the interpretation of any law, federal or local, lying within the jurisdiction of the courts
of Guam to decide, and arising in a case or proceeding then pending before the Superior Court.
